Thursday 26th June

• Free cocktails after racing.
• Prizegiving presentation at 19:30 (subject to protests).
• Music in the marquee: Smooth Jazz to ease you into the regatta.

Friday 27th June

• Free cocktails after racing.
• Prizegiving presentation at 19:30 (subject to protests).
• Dancing in the marquee: Ceilidh band "Ruval".

Saturday 28th June

• Free cocktails after racing.
• Prizegiving presentation at 19:30 (subject to protests).
• Dancing in the marquee: Rock and Soul band "Smokin' Souls", the hottest band in town.

Sunday 29th June

• Final prizegiving as soon as possible after racing.
• Buffet for competitors.

General Information

Events will be centred around RNYC's historic club ship HY Tyne with the addition of a marquee ashore. HY Tyne will be open every day from 08.30. The marquee will be available for use throughout the day. Free tea and coffee facilities will be available in the marquee from 08.30 to 17.30.

Bar Opening

The club bar on HY Tyne will open each day 12:00-23:30.

The marquee bar will open each day 17:30-23:30

Food

Breakfast

Breakfast sandwiches will be available for purchase Thursday to Sunday on HY Tyne 08:30-09:30

Lunches

Lunches will be provided by @Ivy Café. Menus will be provided as part of the race pack.

On Thursday a selection of sandwiches will be available for purchase at 09:30 outside the marquee.

On subsequent days orders will need to be placed by 17:00 on the day before racing. Delivery will be made at 09:30 on the morning of racing and can be collected in the marquee.

Please note that RNYC will not be providing regatta lunches.

Evening Meals

Galley services will be available from 17.30 until 19.00 each evening on HY Tyne except Friday when a Hog Roast is planned from 18.30. Eating facilities will be provided on House Yacht Tyne and in the marquee.
